REAL Drinks Co.

We recently completed The Fermentary, a state of the art facility for a leading non-alcoholic drinks manufacturer, REAL Drinks Co. 

The 1,700m2 (18,000ft2) fermentary, which is nestled within the Estate of Waddesdon Manor, provides office space, a tasting room, research and development, manufacturing and warehouse areas along with ancillary staff uses. 

NineTen Architects were responsible for leading the design team and coordination of both the superstructure and internal fit out. We also oversaw the monitoring and discharge of Planning Conditions and Building Regulations on behalf of Waddesdon Estate.
